A 29 year old woman from Bangladesh presented with complaints of intermittent pain and swelling over right side of the neck since 3 years. On examination she had a 3*3 cm ill defined pulsatile mass in the carotid region of neck on the right side. She underwent excision of carotid body tumor and vagal paraganglioma on the right side along with stenting of ICA , 6 months back. Now she had undergone excision of left sided carotid body tumor and vagal paraganglioma along with stenting of left ICA. She has been discharged and is doing well.

Ms. Shamsun Nahar, a 30-year-old woman from Bangladesh presented with a mass in the right ear of 14 years duration. Mr. Vaskar Rajbhanshi, 22-year-old man presented to BSBI with intermittent episodes of giddiness associated with blocked sensation in the left ear of 6 months duration. Clinical evaluation revealed he had a reduced corneal reflex on the left side. Radiological evaluation revealed a 3.2 x 2.9 x. 2.8 cm lesion in the left cerebellopontine angle.
